Action > ShearLc

Calculates a "Shear capacity check" for a certain load case.

Note: For elements, for which no shear capacity check should be done, the respective flag must be switched off in the menu Elements > Checks.

Setting	Description
Action	Code of the selected Action. It is possible to switch to another action without leaving and re-entering the input function.
Action will be skipped (Option)	The action will be skipped in the calculation process if the option is selected.
Input-1 > Load case name	Name of the load case, for which the check will be done.
Input-2 > (Initial strain load case)	Load case defining the Initial strain state for tendons (primary strain state) Note: If a * is entered, the program takes the initial tendon strains from the input 1; if empty (default), from the summation load-case specified in the Recalc pad.
Input-3 > (Class\|\|Stress limit\|\|-)	Number of bridge class - 1,2,3 (only for British Standard) Number of stress limit from the material list (only for Indian Standard)
Output-2 > List File	Name of the list file to be written Default (entry *): Shea+loadcasename.lst Empty: no output listing is created!
Delta-T	Duration of the Action (not applicable for this action)
Description	Descriptive text for the selected Action (max. 80 characters)
